About Us
We are an independently run micro provider. We offer recreational and social activities for people with learning disabilities and autism with a focus on learning, enrichment and social interaction.
Our aims are to provide people with the opportunities to learn new skills, make friends and create a social life, develop self-confidence, improve communication skills, engage with the community, increase independence and promote inclusion.
We also offer you the opportunity to gain work skills through supported work experience at our very own cafe and second-hand shop in Redditch.
We offer 1-1 support on the evenings and weekends for individuals who wish to access the community to go shopping, for meals, bowling, cinema, meet up with friends, go swimming, gym or exercise classes or day trips.
We also do twice yearly holidays - usually to Butlin's or a luxury country house where adults with learning disabilities can have an enjoyable holiday with friends and peers while parents and carers can be confident that they are safe and supported with our wonderful staff team!
We have regular discos throughout the year at a local social club.
Our Story
Reddi Support was set up in 2015 by Jo; a qualified and award winning teacher with over 12 years experience of teaching young adults with learning disabilities and managing a Further Education department. Jo has always been passionate about providing opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and wanted to create a service which relfected that.
Since then, a growing team of dedicated staff have joined which has enabled Reddi Support to offer more services, activities, opportunities and experiences than ever before!
All of our staff are fully trained and supported by our management team to provide the best possible service.
Jo then set up Reds Enterprise CIC - a non-profit company which provides supported work experience for adults with learning disabilities. Opening Cups and Saucers cafe and shop in 2022 with great success! Our cafe and second hand shop has proved to be a great hit with locals and has a regular stream of customers throughout the day Monday - Friday.
We currently offer day opportunities - Mondays to Fridays. Our day service provides group support to participate in a range of activities.
